Please note:

  • All return requests must be received within 2 calendar days of delivery.
  • Due to fast dispatch time, we do not accept cancellations. But if something went wrong write us immediately after placing your order. 

Please also note that we do not refund due to a change of mind. Also, we believe in the quality of our products and so we may request proof that the item is damaged or faulty.

Final sales, customized, personalized items, readings, and other sessions are not refundable. But please let us know if something went wrong, we are always open to communication.
